Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto

The conference will be held at the Novotel Milano Linate Aeroporto, a magnificent structure located on the eastern part of the city, close to the Linate Airport. You can reach the city center in 20 minutes via public transportation.

Please note that room reservations for this hotel will be made through our website, as per request by the hotel staff. The process will be available along with the conference registration.

Reserved rates for conference participants are € 130,00 for a single and € 155 for a double. Prices are per night and include taxes and a breakfast buffet.

How to get to Milan and then to the hotel

By Airplane

Milan has 3 airports, Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo-Orio, in order of importance:

Malpensa (MXP) is the leading airport, the most important hub in Italy. International and transatlantic flights all arrive here.

From Malpensa, take the Malpensa Express bus to Milano Centrale. From there follow the instructions for train arrivals.

Linate (LIN) airport is mostly dedicated to connections with Rome and the rest of Italy. However, some connections with London and Paris happen here.

From Linate airport, you can take the Airport Shuttle.

Orio al Serio (BGY) is the minor airport, where all the european low-cost companies such as Ryanair and Easyjet have their routes. You can fly between Orio and major european cities for € 9,99 plus taxes, if lucky enough.

From Orio take the Orio Express to Milano Centrale. From there follow the instructions for train arrivals.

By Train

Major routes from northern Europe lead to Milano Centrale via Lion or Basel.

Get out of the station from the front exit. You'll end up being in a big plaza.

Looking on your left, you can see some traffic lights. Close to the traffic lights you can see a bus stop (it's depicted by an orange sign). You must take bus n.60 there, with the sign "Europa".

Wait 11 Stops, until you can see on your left a big shop named "Marcucci", then get off.

On the other side of the traffic lights there is a tram stop. From there, take tram n. 27 to "Ungheria" for 15 stops.

After getting off, you have to walk along the same road for 50 meters, and you'll be at the hotel. We will place signs to help you in the way.
